We had a VERY COMFORTABLE stay in Edinburgh next to Princes Street as well as restaurants. Lovely room for our needs was much appreciated. Location was the best and comfortable, within easy walking distance of Royal Mile.

Oh, how I loved the "free" WiFi! It was just delightful to have a connection that dropped every five minutes and required a dance ritual to get it back. And the washing machine? Well, let's just say my clothes have never been cleaner after getting stuck in a never-ending spin cycle. Such fun!

I felt safe. It had an excellent and particularly good setting close enough to shop, bars, restaurants and transport links and Princes Street. The room was beautifully designed for my needs, everything was spotlessly clean.

I had a superb time staying at this lovely apartment on Rose Street. The layout was well-designed with modern yet cosy decor. I instantly felt at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed. The small shower room met my needs perfectly. The location couldn't have been better, just off Princes Street and within walking distance of the train, tram, and bus. I especially loved the shuttered windows and the mirrored main door. it was a perfect stay.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was nicely furnished and even though it was small, it comfortably accommodated three of us. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of all the nightlife and with easy access to the city center and public transportation. David, the host, was very helpful and kept in touch throughout our stay.
